Matthew Paul

Engineering leader building systems for connected devices, AI infrastructure, and real-world operations.

I've spent my career turning messy physical-world problems into working software. I thrive when the constraints are real, the answer is unclear, and choosing what to build matters as much as building it.

I'm excited to lead engineering where robotics, AI infrastructure, and physical systems converge.

About

Beyond the work

Outside work means jazz house and coffee with my wife, science fiction, and e-biking across San Francisco with both kids in tow—usually toward lunch.

I admire people who act through fear, learn from others, and grow enough to change the outcome. That's why I love Dune and Red Rising.
